Pre-Order Terms & Refund Policy
These terms govern pre-orders placed with "DayOneDrop". Please read them before ordering. (This is a practical template — have a solicitor review it before you go live, especially for consumer-law compliance in your country.)
1. What you are buying
You are pre-ordering a brand-new, sealed physical copy of the game described on our store, sold by us as an independent retailer. We are not the publisher and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the product page in your selected currency (USD, GBP, or EUR) and charged in full, in that currency, at the time you place your pre-order to reserve stock. Any launch discount shown is applied at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency.
3. Dispatch and delivery
Pre-orders are dispatched on the game's release date, November 19, 2026. We do not ship before release. If the publisher changes the release date, your dispatch date moves with it and we will notify you by email.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method. Card refunds are returned to your card. Crypto payments are refunded in fiat or crypto at our discretion based on the amount received. Once an item has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
5. If we cannot fulfil your order
If for any reason we are unable to supply your copy (for example, stock allocation falls through), we will cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
6. Stock limits
Pre-order stock is limited. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be capped per customer.
